Product Description
The bottom tube — also called the base ring — forms the lower perimeter frame of the IBC cage, running the full circumference at ground level and anchoring the base of all 20 vertical tubes to the pallet. It acts as the primary anti-spread element, preventing the cage from opening outward under the hydrostatic pressure of a full 1000L liquid load. At 22 mm diameter with 1.2 mm wall thickness, it is the heaviest-section tube in the horizontal frame assembly — correctly specced for its role as the base tension ring.
Surface treatment: Galvanized steel with high zinc coating for anti-oxidation protection.
Suitable for: IBC cage lower frame ring. Standard 1000L IBC configurations.
