4. Pricing & Payment Terms

  • All prices shown on the Website are for reference only. Official quotations will be sent by email based on order quantity, customization requirements, and shipping destination.
  • We reserve the right to adjust prices without prior notice due to raw material cost fluctuation, exchange rate change, or policy adjustment.
  • Unless otherwise agreed, all international transactions adopt T/T (Bank Telegraphic Transfer) payment terms.
  • Buyer is responsible for all local bank transfer fees, tariffs, import duties, and customs clearance fees.

5. Order Confirmation & Production

An official order is only confirmed after both parties sign or stamp the Proforma Invoice (PI). For customized IBC accessories, all technical drawings, sizes, and materials must be confirmed by the buyer before mass production. Once production starts, cancellation is not allowed. Any modification requested by the buyer during production will generate extra fees.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping time is estimated and stated in the proforma invoice. Shipping delays caused by weather, port congestion, shipping company arrangement, or customs inspection shall not be regarded as our liability.
  • Standard shipping terms are FOB or EXW based on mutual agreement.
  • Buyer must inspect goods within 5 working days after receiving cargo. Any breakage, missing quantity, or quality problem must be reported with clear photos and videos; otherwise, the goods will be regarded as accepted.

7. Return & Replacement Policy

  • Standard stock products: If manufacturing defects occur, we provide free replacement parts. The buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.
  • Customized products: No return, no exchange, no refund after production completion.
  • Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, chemical corrosion, artificial damage, or normal wear and tear is not covered by after-sales service.

8. Warranty Policy

We provide limited warranty for our factory-manufactured IBC accessories. The warranty period is 12 months from the shipment date. The warranty only covers manufacturing defects, excluding natural aging, improper storage, misuse, accidental damage, and chemical erosion. We reserve the final judgment right for warranty claims.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All texts, images, logos, designs, videos, and technical data published on this Website belong exclusively to Jieyuan Packaging.
