Product Description
The round horizontal tubes form the mid-section lateral grid of the IBC cage — five tubes running the full perimeter of the frame at evenly spaced heights. They are the primary scaffolding to which all 20 vertical tubes are attached, and they provide the cage’s resistance against bulging under the hydrostatic pressure of a full liquid load. Each tube runs 4,230 mm — the full circumference of a standard 1000L IBC — and is pipe-cut to exact length with precision ends for flush cage assembly.
Surface treatment: Galvanized steel with high zinc coating for anti-oxidation protection.
Suitable for: Standard 1000L IBC cage lateral support grid. New build and refurbishment.
