Product Description
Deployed as a pair, the IBC steel tie bars are the critical anti-racking components of the cage frame. Installed within the steel cage, they prevent the structure from distorting into a parallelogram shape under the dynamic side loads of road transport, forklift handling, and ship movement. They work in tension to maintain cage squareness — which is essential for valve alignment, inner tank fit, and safe stacking on uneven surfaces.
Surface treatment: Galvanized steel with high zinc coating for anti-oxidation protection.
Suitable for: IBC cage anti-racking bracing. All standard 1000L IBC configurations.
